Our new project- Green Living Resort pretends to give to the market a new product, a revolution in the world of hospitality.

We present one hotel with five different locations in different parts of Mallorca. It is a combination of four rural hotels and a beach hotel. Each one of them has its specialty and offers its customers a different kind of entertainment. One of the hotels is focused on sports and Spa, among other facilities there is natural grass football field.  Another hotel is centered on agricultural activities. The third hotel offer its guest horse riding activities, the forth is located in a perfect spot for hiking and biking and the last but not least is a hotel that offers 4S tourism (Sun, Sand, Sea and Sustainability)

I think that the main question now is: What is it, that distinguishes this project from others and what makes it UNIQUE.

All five hotels are marketed as one - Green Living Resort. That means that staying in one of them you can enjoy the facilities of all five, you can even change from one to another if you wish. The hotels will be connected by a bus that will do four transfers a day.
A project name has a meaning as well. We are very considered about environmental problems and we believe that it is our obligation to preserve the world we live in, where our children and grandchildren will live.

We use renewable energies, solar panels (the project developed by University of Balearic Islands); we use bio mass for heating and air-conditioning, and reuse water after special treatments for irrigation of grass and toilet use. We have enabled 5000 square meters in one of our farms to grow vegetables and fruit, so that our customers enjoy organic food. We also produce olive oil based on olives cultivated in another of our farms. Guests can enjoy food prepared with top quality extra virgin olive oil. We also make soap based on olive oil. Our guest can clean themselves with it just as Greeks did BC.

With our project we intend that our guests get to know different parts of Mallorca, we make it easy for them to get about the island. And we want to entertain them with a wide range of activities that bring them near to the nature and that they hardly will be able to enjoy in a city or in area of mass tourism.
